Initial Body Analysis Session(COMPULSORY)

This is not a trial class. It is a full clinical movement assessment. In your first session, we identify why certain structures are overloaded, why your current training is not producing results and exactly what your body needs to change.

You spend your days hunched over or pushing your body to the absolute limit. That ongoing back/neck pain and rounded posture isn't just uncomfortable, it’s stealing your focus and compromising your performance. You don't have hours to waste on generic workouts that only treat the symptoms.

In 60 minutes, an 11-year clinical nursing perspective will decode your mechanics, stop the compensatory habits, and give you a highly efficient blueprint to fix your posture permanently. Time is money, this session saves you both. first session is a full-body analysis and structured starting point.

It includes:

  2. Breathing and core pressure analysis

  3. Load tolerance and control testing

  4. Identification of compensation patterns

  5. Introduction of corrective programming

  6. Clear progression plan based on your goals

 

Introductory and welcome packages

Duo Package: Movement Assessment session(1:1) + 3 x 2:1 duet sessions $285 (per person)

 

Combo Package: Movement Assessment session(1:1) + 3 x personalised group sessions for $375 (per person)

PRIVATE (1:1)

Duration: 50 minutes

Options:

  • Single session: $90
  • Foundation packages 5 sessions: $450
  • Progression packages 10 sessions : $900

Best suited for: Pain (acute or chronic), clients with back, hip, neck, or SIJ pain, and beginners needing close guidance.

Focuses on precision-based, highly personalised training for maximum attention and customisation.

Benefits: Fully tailored, progressive programming with weekly tracking and hands-on correction. Expect faster progress, safe rehabilitation, reduced pain, improved movement quality, stronger core, and better posture.

DUET (2:1)

Duration: 50 minutes

Options (per person):

  • Casual: $65
  • 5 sessions: $315
  • 10 sessions: $630

Best suited for: Partners, friends, or training partners with similar goals or fitness levels. Offers a more cost-effective way to maintain personalisation, providing a shared yet personalised experience.

Benefits: Personalised training in a shared, supportive environment. Expect improved consistency, coordination, and confidence.

Semi private (max 4 people)

Duration: 50 minutes

Options (per person)

  • Casual drop-in: $49
  • 5 sessions: $230
  • 10 sessions: $450

Best suited for: Clients with some Pilates experience looking for consistency, strength, and posture improvement. Ideal for transitioning from private sessions into a structured, semi-private environment.
