Private sessions (1:1)

One-on-one, fully customised sessions are ideal for injury management, pain, or specific goals. Includes a detailed assessment and ongoing program design tailored just for you.

Duet sessions (2:1)

Train with a partner while following individualised programs. Our duet sessions offer close supervision with tailored modifications for each client, ensuring personalised attention.

Small group sessions (4:1)

With a maximum of 4 clients per session, each person follows their own personalised program. These are not generic classes—exercises are individually adjusted for optimal results.
