This was one of the most personalised Pilates sessions Iβve experienced. I came in with ongoing shoulder and lower back tension and didnβt expect much but the difference afterwards was amazing. I felt more balanced, less tight, and overall more at ease in my body.
What sets Jen apart is the level of detail.
Nothing felt rushed. Every exercise had a purpose and she explains everything in a way that actually makes sense.If youβre used to group classes and want something more tailored and effective, this is on a completely different level. Highly recommend if youβre looking for a session that makes a difference in your body

I miss every single session with her.
To be frank, Iβm quite jealous of people in Brisbane πβΉοΈ Itβs so hard to find an instructor who not only knows exactly what theyβre doing but also genuinely cares about your body(sometimes even more than you do) If youβre looking for a Pilates experience that is actually worth your time and money, I canβt recommend Jenny enough. Training with Jenny has been a completely different experience from any other Pilates Iβve tried. She is patient, bubbly, and so incredibly detailed in the way she teaches. You can truly feel how much she care, every session is personalised, and she always encourages me to safely challenge myself and grow.
After over six months of working with her, my postnatal back pain is completely gone. I honestly didnβt think that was possible.
